Suspending or Restoring Users

You can suspend users due to the following reasons:

     Their credit limit has reached

     Their performance is not up to the expectation

Also, you can restore the suspended user later as required.

To suspend a user:

Users > Users

     Click anywhere in the row of the user whom you have to suspend.

     From Suspend Reason, select a reason for suspension of the account.

     In Suspend Remarks, enter information about the action.

     Click SUSPEND. The Status column indicates that the user has been Suspended.

 

To restore the suspended user:

     Click anywhere in the row of the suspended user.

     Click RESTORE. The Status column indicates that the user account is Active.
