You can suspend users due to the following reasons:
■ Their credit limit has reached
■ Their performance is not up to the expectation
Also, you can restore the suspended user later as required.
To suspend a user:
Users > Users
■ Click anywhere in the row of the user whom you have to suspend.
■ From Suspend Reason, select a reason for suspension of the account.
■ In Suspend Remarks, enter information about the action.
■ Click SUSPEND. The Status column indicates that the user has been Suspended.
To restore the suspended user:
■ Click anywhere in the row of the suspended user.
■ Click RESTORE. The Status column indicates that the user account is Active.
